BLOG GOODY GIVEAWAY!
As you can see I have finally made it 1000 hits on my hit counter, so I am going to be giving away a Blog Goody! A friend of mine and I got together and decorated some cd folders with card stock 12x12's and these folders. So I am going to offer one of these folder as a Blog Goody to one lucky readers you will also get 3 blank folders for you to decorate yourself. This is one style of the cd folders, You may and you may not receive this one, I have not decided yet, and there are a ton of pockets so there will be a few extra goodies in the pockets as well. I have not yet decided? That will be a surprise!
All you have to do is leave me a comment on what your favorite project of mine is, and what you like about it. Also include you e-mail in the comment or check back here on Sunday April 6, I'll have my 5 yr old son randomly draw a name from a hat and announce the winner, I'll need your specifics. This is where I am coping a few other bloggers in this. Stamping the Details and my Pink Mexico Link a post on your blog to my post and I'll enter your name in the drawing twice.

This is the other folders I have made in the last three days! These are a lot better colors. I am more of a neutral person!

This is a view of the inside of two of them.

This is a picture of a blank canvas, or a blank cd folder, I used three of these with some glue and some card stock paper to decorate this. I had a ton of fun decorating these and I just know you will too.

This is a bargain I found at the Goodwill today! I went in looking for an old dictionary or a tore up bible to use cards or inchies. Any way they wanted 3 dollars for a dictionary that was part of a set and half the set was not there, all I would have gotten was a-m so I decided no. Then on my way out setting on a shelf with dishes was this beautiful unopened box of prima flowers. It had a bright light shining on it jsut waiting for me. I think I even heard a harp playing. Back to reallity! "OH WOW" I was excited and I thought "Oh geez please be a good price" And tada .99 cents, I could not believe my eyes, I was so excited I practically did a cart wheel right there in the store. I have been looking for prima flowers all over, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, online, I am just too cheap to spend the scrapbooking store prices for these flowers. I called my mom as I was leaving the store and she was just leaving Archivers and she said they had a jar of flowers for 6.99 so she bought them and wanted to know if I wanted her to go back in and buy me some. So of course I ruined her day! But hey I got 144 prima flowers for 99 cents. That never happens! I may have to include a few of these in one of the pockets of this goody folder.

Those CD folders are so cute. Now I need to find a tutorial. How lucky are you to find those primas. You have given me an idea. I have seem many cards with distressed book pages. I hate to tear up a perfectly good book. I can go to a thrift store and pick one up and I won't feel bad about tearing it up.

I love bargains too! I like this project- and I recognize some of the papers from my own collection. My favorite of your projects is the card holder which is brown decorated with flowers.

Thanks for the shout out about my blog candy.
