Blog Candy Alert

Great News readers! I am still alive, and kicking! I just heard Cindy is giving away wonderful blog candy again! Go on over and check Cindy out. She sells wonderful stampin up supplies at great prices.

And believe it or not I have some art work for you to see! A Little Happy Fourth of July ATC!

This first one was created using Tim Holtz destress inks, stampin up happy 4th of July set, my mom gave me the tiny little ant. I thought it sort of looked like tiny little solders walking there. But it fit the theme of this next ATC because on the 4 of July we always have a picnic in the back yard and ants are always a part of the day! So for our picnic we have a sandwich made out of stampin up paper punches.

House Mouse ATC

Been a terrible busy month yet again! I have some ladies coming over today to do some stamping so hopefully I will get something more accomplished. Here to share is a picture of a House Mouse hug ATC, I created for SCS swap round 8. I used the Stampin up pink paper, with whisper white behind. I punched out the largest stampin up oval stamp and then used the paper pierceing all around the oval to create the petals. This idea was cased from Maria. Maria has a wonderful Utube video on how she created her card, I just down sized it to fit an ATC. The petals are green cardstock punched from the smallest oval stampin up punch.

I created this little guy for a swap I am hosting on SCS. This is a 4x6 card and the penguin is created by punches. I call it punch art. I had 6 other girls swap with me and so far this has been one of the most fun swaps I have hosted, the possiblities of punch art is amazing to me. I love to take circles, scallops, ovals, and squares and create another design!
Well I am off to get my cookies made and my stamps ready to be inked for my stampin full filled day!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

I have been terribley busy this last month. Which included making 35 Christmas ornaments, 25 Christmas cards, and 4- 20 page recipe scrapbooks.

I made the cookbook scrapbooks for my in-laws. They throughly loved them. Which is very exciting for me and my husband. As they are the hard to buy for group! Here is a photo of one of the Christmas cards that I created. Unfortunately I made all this stuff and gave it away before I could get pictures. I do have the ornaments that I made yet. Had to make one for myself. So when I take them off the tree I will get them posted as well.

I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year. Stay safe!

WOW where has the time gone! It was Halloween and now I am posting again and it is Chritmas! So I have 1 card to share with you. My camera has decided to take pitures and then not save them so I am having a hard time not using it. I am praying santa brings me a new one!

So on to the card. This is a Retired Stampin up penguin set, not sure of the name. But it's one of my favorites. The snowflake is felt ran through my sizzix machine, attached with a silver brad.
Some more exciting news Cindy over at http://www.cindyvernon.blogspot.com/ is offering some really cool blog candy so head on over there and post her a comment for a chance to win!

Another Creation

Finally getting around to posting some Halloween cards that I created. This top one is a fun fold, I got the idea from my Stampin Up Demonstrator back in May. She had a beautiful Flower with greens and pinks and I created a dark Haloween card with the fold and punches. Not that I am carzy for dark, but I liked using my new punches.

This is another halloween card with a fold, and look at that, using my punches again! What can I say you spend money on them, you might as well use them. I hope to get some Christmas Cards done next. But it could be awhile before I post again, It gets to be crazy around here, Denver is turning 3 next weekend so I have to have all the family over for cake and ice cream, then it will be Haloween, and hopefully then I can create! Happy Stamping all!

Gross Named Recipe Card

Hello all stampers and scrappers
I have created a Gross named recipe card for a swap on SCS. It is called Kitty Liter cake. I made this cake for my mom's 50th Birthday last year. Everyone loved it. As it sounds really gross it is really Yummy. Perfect for that gag office party. Any way for some reason the picture turned out a little on the fuzzy side. But you get the jest of it!
