Here is a recipe pocket card I created for a house mouse swap! This is one of the cards that I sent in and the card never made it into the hands of the hostess. I malied 12 sets of recipe cards in the mail and the hostess received my 2 envelops and 2 extra stamps, but no cards. Not a single card made it throught the post office system. I was so bummed. Any way, this is my favorite one of the group of 6 I created. The mice are suppose to be holding candy hearts for valentines day and I cut little slices and added hamburgers from the stampin up set I found at a garage sale the weekend before.

Blog Candy Alert
This first one was created using Tim Holtz destress inks, stampin up happy 4th of July set, my mom gave me the tiny little ant. I thought it sort of looked like tiny little solders walking there. But it fit the theme of this next ATC because on the 4 of July we always have a picnic in the back yard and ants are always a part of the day! So for our picnic we have a sandwich made out of stampin up paper punches. Saturday, April 11, 2009

House Mouse ATC
I created this little guy for a swap I am hosting on SCS. This is a 4x6 card and the penguin is created by punches. I call it punch art. I had 6 other girls swap with me and so far this has been one of the most fun swaps I have hosted, the possiblities of punch art is amazing to me. I love to take circles, scallops, ovals, and squares and create another design! Wednesday, December 31, 2008
Happy New Year!

I made the cookbook scrapbooks for my in-laws. They throughly loved them. Which is very exciting for me and my husband. As they are the hard to buy for group! Here is a photo of one of the Christmas cards that I created. Unfortunately I made all this stuff and gave it away before I could get pictures. I do have the ornaments that I made yet. Had to make one for myself. So when I take them off the tree I will get them posted as well.
I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year. Stay safe!

Another Creation
Finally getting around to posting some Halloween cards that I created. This top one is a fun fold, I got the idea from my Stampin Up Demonstrator back in May. She had a beautiful Flower with greens and pinks and I created a dark Haloween card with the fold and punches. Not that I am carzy for dark, but I liked using my new punches.
This is another halloween card with a fold, and look at that, using my punches again! What can I say you spend money on them, you might as well use them. I hope to get some Christmas Cards done next. But it could be awhile before I post again, It gets to be crazy around here, Denver is turning 3 next weekend so I have to have all the family over for cake and ice cream, then it will be Haloween, and hopefully then I can create! Happy Stamping all!

This is the Independence Day card I created. Been busy with house guests and BBQ's, to post this on time. Pretty simple but cute! I hould have ran th white CS through a embossing folder or did some detresssing on the edges but it is glued down and sent allready!
Then I had to try my hand at the glass on a card and this is what I created this was alot of fun! The Pocket may have been over kill but it was still fun to create.
This here is my mistchief child, always and I mean always getting into something! I crwaled out of bed and my 2 year old had all ready gotten up and helped himself to some chocolate syrup. All over his pajamas, my kitchen floor and the inside of my refridgerator. It looks like he has a beard with all that chocolate on him. He took an early bath on Sunday!
This is my oldest son having a blast lighting up smoke balls. This is the first year we let him use the punk and light fireworks. Now he really thinks he is important even though all he got to light was smoke balls. He is starting Kindergarten on thursday! I am so sad, to see he is growing up, before I know it I will be making Graduation cards for him!

Graduation Card
This is the front Opens to look like this with a tag that pulls out for the check or cash to sit in.
Now I am off the garage sale. I only have an hour before I have to get to work so it will be short lived. But it is still fun to get a bargain!

Going on Vacation! Receipe Cards
I am heading to Minnesota for the weekend. My cousin is graduating from High School, and I am going up to help her celebrate, and eat the cake! HAHA! I will be staying at my grandfathers house in Richmond and the graduation is in the Twin Cities! Can't wait, I am so excited I am not a bit tired! The car is all packed except for the cooler, need drinks for the drive! I also baked a loaf of Banana Bread for my grandpa, and a batch of peanut butter Fudge... as shown here... my 2nd receipe card also for a swap! I like the looks of this one better then the first one however they are both good! My grandmother passed away 3 years ago and grandpa doesn't get a lot of homebaked goodies, so when I see him I always like to bring a little something special. My sister who is 27 is also going to stay at grandpas's house is bringing up rice krispie Bars, and stuff for smores. So we'll enjoy a cold one while the kids roast marshmallows. As little kids we always went to grandpa's house for vacations so this is going to be like old times, playing cards until the wee hours of the morning and fishing! Can't wait too excited to excited. I better go take something to help me sleep or I'll never survive the drive. Have a Wonderful Weekend!
